Volunteers needed September 20, 2025

Volunteering for a 3 hour shift will get you free entrance in the festival to enjoy the additional hours of the event. (alcohol beverages may not be consumed before or during your shift)

Your contribution will not only ensure the smooth running of the festival but also create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Would you like to be a vendor at this event?

Now accepting applications from all PNW Breweries, Pit-Masters and Artists.

We invite all Pacific NW Breweries, Pit-Masters and craft artists to apply to be a vendor at this event. The Great Oregon Coast BBQ & Brew Festival encourages Coastal Pit-Masters, Breweries and artists featuring their uniquely crafted creations to be a part of the fun.

The Great Oregon Coast BBQ & Brew Festival is held at the Newport National Guard Armory with vendor spaces indoor and outdoor. This is our first year holding this event and the anticipated attendance will be approximately 400- 750 people.

The vetted vendor space is limited. Indoor booths are approximately 8x8 and outdoor booths will accommodate 10x10 pop-up tent or a food cart. Send in your completed application as soon as possible. (Incomplete applications will not be considered) local
Pit-Masters and Breweries will be given priority selection.

VENDOR FAQ's

  1. Will there be a “booth fee”?  Yes, $75 for 8x8 indoor Artist, Information or Brewery  space and $75 for outdoor BBQ Food truck & BBQ 10x10 pop-up tent space.
  2. Who staffs the booth?  Each vendor staffs their own booth
  3. Is there a set cup size? Packaged beer/cider sales only (12oz. can or bottle), no draft beer/cider.
  4. Who decides the pricing? Each vendor will have their own pricing with the exception of Brew tastes & pork rib tastes which are included in the entrance fee. (Additional tastes avialable for sale on site at the festival producers booth).
  5. What will be provided?  Tasting cup will be provided to each attendee for tasting the brews. Pork short ribs for judging will be provided for the Pit-masters.
  6. What should the vendor bring? Each vendor to bring their own cooler, ice, bucket, serving utensils, Pop-up tent (for outdoors), booth decorations for the theme, packaging as needed for purchases, electrical cords, if needed and $ change. BBQ vendors will need to bring their own tri-tip samples for judging purposes. Breweries will need to bring their own rews for tasting purposes.
  7. Who will be the licensee? Each Brewery or Pit-master will be the licensee for their own booth.
  8. Will sales of Swag be allowed? Yes! Sales of items in your booth will definitely be allowed.
  9. Will each booth handle their own till? Each booth to handle their booth sales. Bring enough cash as there will be no "bank" at the event.
  10. Will BBQ Vendors be allowed to sell dinners. Yes, (with the exception of the pork short ribs provided by the festival for judging) all items will be allowed to sell to the public. Bring your best dishes to show off your mad cooking skills! Don't forget to send us your menu to use in our advertising of the event.
