Greater Newport Chamber Awards July 2010 Beautification Winner at July 30th Luncheon

NEWPORT, Oregon – The Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce awarded their July 2010 Beautification at the Friday, July 30th Chamber Luncheon, held at the Shilo Inn.
As a cornerstone of the Deco District at Hwy. 101 and Hurbert St., Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant is the recipient of the July Beautification award. The Beautification Committee took notice that the new façade of their restaurant blends well with the upper stories of the building and adds a clean look to the on-going revitalization efforts for this district of Newport.
The monthly winners are eligible for the Beautification Location of the Year Award, which is presented during the Chamber's annual awards banquet in June. The Chamber's Beautification Committee welcomes nominations for members and non-members.
