NEWPORT, Oregon – While advanced online tickets for the Newport Seafood & Wine Festival are still selling hot, the festival has announced its lineup of food vendors, arts and crafts booths, and some 80 wineries.
The 32nd Annual Newport Seafood & Wine Festival happens February 20, 21, and 22, 2009 – adjacent to the Rogue Ales Warehouse, 2320 OSU Drive, just south of downtown Newport.
Many famed winemakers from around the northwest will be there, along with names not so well known or smaller wineries. Among them are Pheasant Valley Vineyard, Hip Chicks Do Wine, Hip Chicks Do Wine, Oak Knoll Winery, Hood River Vineyards, Willamette Valley Vineyards, Eola Hills Wine Cellars, Cooper Mountain Vineyards, Wine by Joe and the Oregon coast's own Nehalem Bay Winery, to name a few.
One beer booth will be there, with the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce selling Rogue Ales.
Many of the food vendors come from the coast, especially the Newport area: such as Local Ocean Seafoods, Moby Dick's, Embarcadero Dock, Sada's Sushi Bar and Newport Café.
