Seafood & Wine Volunteers Needed Saturday and Sunday

NEWPORT, Oregon – The Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce and the Seafood & Wine Festival Committee are seeking volunteers (MUST be 21 or older) for the 32nd annual Newport Seafood & Wine Festival which will be held February 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2009.
The festival will once again be held adjacent to the Rogue Brewery in two adjoined tents, 2320 OSU Drive, on February 20th, 21st, and 22nd. The Festival will feature Northwest wines, seafood, arts & crafts and wine competitions.
Volunteers work a 3-4 hour shift, or longer if you choose, in one of the following areas: Vendor Assist, Counter/Clicker, Check-in Assist, Re-entry Stamp, Glasses, Committee Tent Helpers, and Chamber Booth Helpers. Shifts that are needed to be filled include Saturday from 3:30pm-6:00pm, and all of Sunday shifts.
As a token of appreciation, you will receive a commemorative pin and FREE admission to all three days of the festival!
