A quilt dating from the 1880s is on display now through March at the Log Cabin Museum of the Lincoln County Historical Society. The "Charm Triangles" pattern quilt probably originated in Pennsylvania, and was purchased by Velma Freudenthal in Dorset, Vermont and brought to Newport.
